Managing Director, Co-Head
Ms. Nootens joined CP Capital in 2012. As Co-Head of the firm, she jointly manages the day-to-day operations of the business and implements the firm’s strategic initiatives, as well as aiding in fundraising and participating as an active member of the investment team. She is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and part of the senior management team responsible for the overall strategy of the company. During her years on the investment team, Ms. Nootens secured investments in nearly $1 billion of real estate across multiple funds and geographic regions. Prior to joining CP Capital, Ms. Nootens worked in commercial property management at Boston Properties. She is a delegate of CP Capital for AFIRE (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate), and a guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Ms. Nootens holds a B.S. in Marketing Management and B.A. in International Studies from Virginia Tech, as well as an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
