CP Capital continues partnership with Project Destined by welcoming Summer intern

We are thrilled to highlight Project Destined Alum, MD Chowdhury, who recently accepted an offer to join CP Capital US as a Summer 2023 Real Estate Investment Analyst.
MD Chowdhury is a Civil Engineering student at Stony Brook University and participated in the Project Destined Fall 2021 Internship as a part of Team Wells Fargo in New York. He went on to become a Program Manager leading Teams JLL Philadelphia in Spring 2022, Newmark Boston in Summer 2022, and CENTURY 21® Dallas in Fall 2022. He also participated in the Eastdil Secured Commercial Real Estate Bootcamp, Greystar Investment Management & Development Bridge Program, Greystone CRE Bridge Program, Project Destined Financial Modeling Course and Annaly Capital Management U.S. Residential Mortgage Markets Bridge Program.
When asked about his Project Destined experience, MD said, “I am ecstatic to embark on my role as an Investment Summer Analyst at CP Capital US. As a civil engineer entering the dynamic world of real estate, the instrumental support of Project Destined has paved my path to success in the industry with the foundational knowledge and the vast network it has provided. I am excited to now join CP Capital US and continue my journey.”
