Alta Gateway, a joint venture development with Wood Partners, sells to Cortland
July 1, 2021 – New York City-based HQ Capital Real Estate (“HQCRE”), a member of HQ Capital, today announced the sale of Alta Gateway, a 288-unit garden-style apartment project located in Tampa, FL. The location offers great accessibility and has a diverse employment base.
The property was developed as a joint venture with Wood Partners as part of our long-term U.S. multifamily opportunistic strategy. The project features Class A unit finishes, and community amenities include a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, elevators, interior corridors, and detached and tuck-under garages.
The project was sold to Cortland after a 28-month holding period.
HQCRE has successfully partnered with Wood Partners on over 20 projects in the past.
